Terms of Service

AdiList provides outbound sales development services, including ICP research, copywriting, multi-channel outreach, and meeting booking. Specific deliverables and KPIs are defined in your individual service agreement.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for compliance with anti-spam laws applicable to your business, and for honoring any meetings we book on your behalf.

We bill monthly, in advance. Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. No refunds for the current billing period.

Any leads, copy, sequences, and contacts generated as part of your engagement belong to you. Our internal playbooks, dashboards, and tooling remain our property.

We work hard to deliver results, but we don't guarantee a specific number of meetings or revenue. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
