Privacy Policy

When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, work email, company, phone number, company size and any message you send us. We also collect basic technical data (IP, browser, referrer) to help us improve the site.

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, schedule a strategy call, and follow up about our services. If you become a client, we use the same data to operate outbound campaigns on your behalf.

We never sell your data. We share it only with vetted infrastructure providers — such as Stripe for payments, Twilio for calling, and our email, messaging and hosting providers — strictly to deliver the service you requested.

If you upload contact lists to run campaigns, that data stays yours. We process it only on your behalf and according to your instructions, and never use it for anything else.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing Admin@Adilist.com. We'll respond within 14 days.

We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it. Client data is kept for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months for legal & accounting purposes.
